Due to the custom nature of our product, we only accept returns if there is a defect with the shirt itself or if there is a design error on our part. To return an item, you must contact us to receive a Return Authorization number. The item(s) must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, within 14 days of the shipping date. Returns after the 14 day period will not be honored. No exceptions! Prepaid return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If it is determined that there was a defect with the shirt or there was a design error, Mommystars will refund the return shipping costs to the customer and send out a replacement shirt. Mommystars does not refund initial shipping costs. Mommystars is not responsible for damage that occurs during the care of an item such as dry cleaning or laundering. ***Designs on individual shirts may differ slightly due to the customization (longer or shorter names, number of names, etc)

We do our best to keep our website updated. From time to time, however, certain sizes or colors may not be available or there may be a delay. If this situation occurs we will contact you.
Our site is secure but we will be happy to take your order via fax if you prefer. Please contact us at email@example.com for an order form. Please include your fax number in your email.
We currently ship and track all of our orders through the USPS. All orders will be shipped via the USPS Priority Mail. International orders will be shipped via the USPS Express Mail service. There is a shipping surcharge for international orders. In the event that you need to receive/send an order via overnight delivery, we ask that you send an email to customer service @mommystars.com.
We reserve the right to refuse to process any order at any time.
